Due to discrepancies in Ousmane’s story, a result of her lack of English skills, the Child Support Enforcement officer tells Ousmane that she will be summoned. Ousmane argues that her husband is not in the United States, contrary to an answer that she gave the same woman earlier in the meeting. Ousmane argues that she is all that her children have here in the United States. Despite efforts to explain that Ousmane's answers were wrong because of a language barier, not because she was lying, the Child Support Enforcement officer maintains that Ousmane will be summoned.
